Today, we are going to share how you can clear all emails from gmail inbox.
As we all know, Gmail is most popular email service, with high security and reliable services.
But, we get irritated, when our inbox get filled with lots of scam and useless emails. You can delete those emails, but when you have 1000s of emails to delete then its not possible to sit for hours and delete those emails.
To solve this problem, we decided to publish this article.
So lets, see how can we do it.

So lets, see how can we do it.
There are two methods to solve this problem.
Method1:- Using Techntips Gmail Eraser tool.
First, download -- Techntips Gmail Eraser tool.
This tool, uses secure interface to connect to gmail server and clear your emails.
For security reasons, it will automatically logout from server.
You just need to download and start Techntips Gmail Eraser, then you will see a prompt asking you to login.
After login successfully, it will clear all emails in your gmail inbox, you will not have to work for it.
Note:-- This tool may not work, if you have enabled gmail 2 step security because gmail don't send any verification code if you directly connect to it's server without visiting gmail website. Also remember turn on less secure app access in google settings to make it work
Method2:- Using FireFox browser.
This is the simplest method to solve this problem.
Step1:- First, download FireFox web browser, if you don't have it already.
Step2:- Then Click on - Tools.
Step3:- After that click on - Add-ons.
Step4:- Now search and install extension - iMacros.
Step5:- Now click here to download the script to automatically delete emails from Gmail.
Step6:- Now extract the Zip archive to iMacros directory.
In Windows, the default iMacros directory is -
My Documents\iMacros\Macros
Step7:- Now in FireFox browser, go to your Gmail inbox and to delete emails from your Gmail inbox, select - gmail inbox eraser.js in iMacros and click on - Play. Now wait till it stops working, if you still have any emails left to delete, click again on - Play.
Step8:- To delete only unread emails from your Gmail inbox, type - is:unread in Gmail search box, and then repeat previous step.
You can also clear spam and trash folder in Gmail by selecting gmail trash clear.js or gmail_spam_clear.js

This sounds great, but it isn't clear to me if it will delete everything, or only the unread mail, because that is what I need, something to delete all unread mail
ReplyDeleteSorry for that. Well Now you can see above that we have launched three versions of Techntips Gmail Eraser. The first version will only delete those emails that are unread, second version will completely clear your gmail inbox and third version will only delete spams from your inbox.
DeleteDoesn't work for me. (all versions) It just opens a command prompt, which immediately closes.
